Power Grid Expansion France/Italy
Power Grid Expansion adds to the USA and Germany map included with Power Grid. List the differences below with just a couple of rule additions for each map.
Italy map the resource market is setup as follows:
Coal starts at $3
Oil stars at $4
Waste (garbage) starts at $5
Uranium starts at $14.

German map setup is as follows:
Uranium starts at $5
(the rest of the resources are setup as normal).
Remove power plant 13 from the game.
Set aside power plant 11 and step 3. Shuffle the power plants and set step 3 on bottom of deck and power plant 11 on top of deck.
