Why pay $30 for winzip or winrar? IZArc is an archiving tool suports many archive formats like: 7-ZIP, A, ACE, ARC, ARJ, B64, BH, BZ2, BZA, CAB, CPIO, DEB, ENC, GCA, GZ, GZA, HA, JAR, LHA, LIB, LZH, MBF, MIM, PAK, PK3, RAR, RPM, TAR, TAZ, TBZ, TGZ, TZ, UUE, WAR, XXE, YZ1, Z, ZIP, ZOO. IZArc can't create rar sets and for that winrar is needed.




After installing I always change it to Classic Display Style.



To open a file you can double click on it which will extract it to your temp directory and play it or you can extract it by clicking Extract.

Click the folder icon to choose a location to extract the file to.

If the zipped archive contains setup.exe or install.exe then usually the Install button appears and you can click that to begin installing the program.

Press OK to confirm you wish to install the program.

To create a zip file select a group of files and right click them and add them to the zip file. Alternatively you can right click on a folder if you wish to zip all files within that folder.



Now your files are contained within one zipped file.
