CPU Burn-in runs cpu at 100% for 7 days if you let it...good 30 mins should be good.

Mersenne Prime Test runs mathematical computations which in turn stresses out CPU quite a bit.

Memtest-86 3.2 about 20 - 30 mins if Errors is at 0 then your memory module(s) are good. Any errors at all return memory stick to store.

Memtest86+ v 1.40 believe it's a little older version of memtest.
